What we collect
Account information (name, email, firm), product usage data, content you upload or generate inside the products, and standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
To run the service you signed up for, to bill you, to respond when you contact us, and to improve the products. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer content to train shared models.
Who sees it
Authorised employees on a need-to-know basis, and infrastructure providers under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion of personal data on request. Email privacy@finaceverse.io.
