Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account and for activity performed under it. Use SSO and MFA when offered.
Acceptable use
Don't use the products to break the law, infringe rights, or jeopardise the security of the service or other customers.
Your data
Your firm owns the data your firm uploads. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers can negotiate an SLA on the Firm plan.
Termination
You can cancel anytime; we'll provide export tooling for your data. We can terminate for material breach with notice.
